Pets require basic care, attention, love and protection every single day of the year. When you have to be away from home for several days because you’re traveling, you’re having renovations done to your home, or you will be in the hospital, you want someone you can trust to look after your four legged family members. Country Place Veterinary Clinic offers residents of St. Martinville, Parks, Breaux Bridge, and Youngsville, Louisiana a safe haven for pets that is supervised by our veterinarians.
Your cat or dog will feel right at home in our comfortable climate and humidity controlled facilities. We maintain separate boarding areas for dogs and cats, ensuring that all animals will have a pleasant, stress-free stay.
Our cozy kennels can accommodate most pets that are less than 90 pounds. Sorry, we do not have runs available for extra-large sized dogs. Your canine companion will receive outside exercise 3 times a day as well as twice-daily feedings.
We provide Hill’s Science Diet for all kennel guests. Our staff monitors the appetite and urination/bowel movements of each boarded pet, and our veterinarians will be alerted if any problems are noted. Patients who are boarding and require medications will receive their meds as prescribed.
We want your pets to be happy and healthy while they are in our care, therefore all boarding guests are required to be current on their vaccines and free of all parasites. Should any medical issues arise, we have a veterinarian available for examination.
